When you’re busy, you really have to get up early to exercise. That’s the best time to do it. You’re never going to get around to doing it if you keep on procrastinating it. It’s better to get it over and done with in the morning.

Everyday I wake up at 5 so that I could prepare the kids for school. I drive them to school and I’m back home at around 6, at the latest. That’s the time I use for exercising. I get on my treadmill and walk for an hour. I look forward to it not for the exercise part but for the part where I can have a solid hour to watch anything I want. So it’s really a lot easier to exercise when there’s something more in it than just to lose weight.
